Minister – Chris Spark
I am delighted to be part of St Peter’s of the Rock and living in North Canterbury again. My wife Sarah and I both grew up here, and it is good to be back!
Sarah and I have four children. As well as my family, I am passionate about music (especially drums), the history of New Testament times, and I love good food. Above all I love Jesus Christ and helping people get to know him. I’d love to chat to you!
Bishop’s Warden – John Mock
My wife Pat and I have lived in Rangiora for 8 years, we have one grown son.
It is my privilege to be warden to Chris our minister at St Peter’s of the Rock.
From humble beginnings we have built a vibrant church community here in Rangiora where all are welcome. Why not visit us on Sunday?
People’s Warden – Claire Seymour-Nash
My husband Peter and I moved to the South Island with our 2 children and our son in law 3 years ago. We live on a beautiful piece of land where we have fun raising animals and growing vegetables. We marvel at the bounty and abundance God provides.
St Peter’s of the Rock church is a biblically based church where you feel you are part of a family, the family of God. As the People’s Warden, I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our family!
The parish council are responsible for the running of SPOTR. They are composed of voted members, the People’s Warden, the Bishop’s Warden and Chris, our minister.
